Islamic Market
Islamic Market
Brazilian companies reach new horizons exporting to Muslim markets. Over 2 billion people spend USD 1.3 billion on Halal food and beverages annually.
Commercial Expansion
To tap into these Muslim markets, adhere to cultural and religious requirements specific to Muslim countries. For this, products must be Halal-certified – indicating adherence to Islamic guidelines during production.
With this in mind, the Halal do Brasil Project emerged – an initiative to encourage companies to export to Muslim markets, with activities for improvement, training, certification, commercial promotion, matchmaking, and exchanging business experiences in the Halal segment.
The project is a partnership between the Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (ABCC) and the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil). Entering the project means having access to all the necessary resources to become a Halal company.
